Terms of Service
Terms for using
These terms explain how guests may use to search, compare, and book hotel rooms through our independent travel network.
Agreement to these terms
Last updated: June 23, 2026
By accessing Reservation Page™, using our hotel search tools, contacting support, or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or booking services.
Reservation Page™ is an independent travel network. We are not a hotel, hotel chain, property owner, or exclusive representative of any hotel brand. Hotel names, photos, addresses, trademarks, ratings, amenities, room descriptions, and policies are provided for travel search and booking purposes.
Hotel search and supplier information
We help travelers compare hotel options, room details, live rates, and availability from hotels, travel suppliers, distribution partners, and other service providers. Supplier content can change without notice.
We work to present information clearly, but we do not guarantee that all hotel descriptions, photos, amenities, ratings, taxes, fees, availability, or policies are complete, current, or error-free at all times. The final details shown during checkout and in your confirmation are the details that apply to your selected booking.
Reservations, payment, and confirmation
A reservation is not complete until the booking flow or support team provides confirmation details. Some rates may require supplier confirmation before a reservation is considered final.
You agree to provide accurate guest names, contact information, payment information, travel dates, occupancy details, and any other information needed to complete or support your booking. You authorize Reservation Page™, its payment processors, suppliers, and service providers to process charges, deposits, taxes, fees, refunds, and other booking-related transactions associated with your reservation.
Prices are typically shown before checkout, but final amounts may include taxes, service fees, resort fees, destination fees, deposits, incidental holds, or property fees collected by the hotel. Some fees may be paid directly to the hotel at check-in or check-out.
SMS and phone communications
If you choose to opt in by checking a separate SMS consent box or otherwise giving us express permission, Reservation Page™ may send SMS or MMS messages to the mobile number you provide for customer care, reservation updates, booking confirmations, account notifications, and related travel support.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to make a purchase. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS messages may not stop non-SMS communications that are needed to complete or support your booking.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent status with third parties or affiliates for their promotional or marketing purposes. Messaging service providers, carriers, and vendors may process this information only as needed to provide and operate the messaging service on our behalf.
Cancellations, changes, and refunds
Cancellation, change, refund, deposit, prepayment, no-show, and check-in rules are governed by the specific room rate and hotel policy selected during booking. Some rates are non-refundable or may become non-refundable after a deadline.
Guests are responsible for reviewing all displayed booking terms before confirming a reservation. If you need help, visit My Booking or Contact Us.
Guest responsibilities
You are responsible for meeting hotel check-in requirements, including valid identification, minimum age rules, payment card requirements, occupancy limits, pet rules, smoking rules, and any property-specific policies. Hotels may refuse check-in, charge additional fees, or cancel a stay if requirements are not met.
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with site security, scrape, copy, or resell site content without permission, submit false booking information, make fraudulent reservations, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Third-party services and independent hotels
Reservation Page™ may rely on hotels, travel suppliers, payment processors, mapping providers, email providers, analytics providers, and other third-party services. Those third parties may have their own terms, policies, and security practices.
We are not responsible for acts, omissions, overbooking, service issues, amenities, construction, fees, safety conditions, or policies controlled by hotels, suppliers, or other third parties. We will, however, try to help route guest support requests to the appropriate party when possible.
Intellectual property
The Reservation Page™ name, site design, text, layout, and related brand elements are owned by or licensed to Reservation Page™. Hotel and third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify hotel options and travel services.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reservation Page™ disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reservation Page™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, travel disruption, or supplier-controlled issues. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow such limits.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the site, supplier relationships, booking features, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
